INDEPENDENT ADVISORS

An interesting topic of discussion in the Financial Services Industry revolves around the definition of “independence”.  Some would argue that “independence” means not working for one of  the wirehouses.  Others would argue that an advisor who is “fee only” is independent. Still others would posit that working for the advisory or brokerage division of a large firm which permits “independent advice” is independent.

At Spire Investment Partners we submit that our business model is truly independent.

Under our model you may operate as an Independent Advisory Representative under our RIA or you may operate as your own RIA.  If appropriate, you may choose to assume OSJ responsibilities or may choose to have Spire fulfill that role.

It is your choice as to where your clients’ assets are held.  We have significant relationships with the major players in the custody space.

The decision to bill on a fee based on assets, a fee based on net worth, an hourly professional consulting fee or on a transactional basis is one that is made by you and your client.

We believe that you and your client are best positioned to define goals, define risk tolerance and identify product solutions to meet client needs.
