Our grid was developed in such a way as to be competitive with the marketplace.   Given our roots as businessmen, first and foremost, we recognize the need to structure compensation in a manner which is competitive with the industry, is consistent with the needs of the practitioner and their clients, and allows Spire to function in a profitable manner.

While we have a published grid which we are happy to share with you, we have found that, in most circumstances, it becomes necessary to customize the payouts to meet the needs of the particular situation.
