Communication is a two-way street. The Consultant Advisory Board meets semi-annually to offer the consultant's perspective on new ideas, products, and services and the overall direction of the firm. Board members are selected by Spire's management team and sit for one- or two-year terms.

The Spire Advisory Board is a group of owners, consultants and staff who help guide Spire in the evaluation of current efforts and the generation of ideas to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of all Spire community/constituency.
